1.Shipping fees depend on order weight. Add items to cart and use the shipping calculator to check exact cost.
2.Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment, tracking number will be emailed once dispatched.
Return & Exchange
1.We guarantee your full satisfaction. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon delivery.
2.Returns must be unused with intact original packaging. Opened fragrances without quality issues are non-refundable for hygiene purposes. Contact support with your order number to apply for return. Refunds will be processed after we receive and check the goods.
3. We cover return shipping for defective products; buyers bear freight for voluntary returns.
