Contrasting Textures

Each arrangement rests on a deep bed of dark decorative sand. From this foundation rises weathered driftwood, contrasted by the crystalline textures of stone pieces. No two pieces of wood or stone are ever exactly alike.

Material & Craft

Each landscape is curated by hand. The driftwood is naturally weathered, featuring organic twists and deep grain textures. The crystal pieces retain their natural fractured surfaces, catching light from different angles.

Drawing inspiration from traditional zen gardens and miniature landscapes, this piece reinterprets the idea for modern interiors. It brings together wood, stone, and sand in a simple composition designed for desks, shelves, and personal spaces.

Design Inspiration

The zen garden has long been a tradition of creating small, balanced landscapes. Here, that idea is reimagined through natural materials shaped by time: driftwood shaped by water, crystal formed through geological processes, and sand that creates the foundation of the scene.
