Trim wood wick to 5mm before each burn. Allow the wax pool to melt fully across the surface on first use — this ensures an even burn and releases the crystals within. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. The wood wick will crackle softly — this is normal and part of the experience. Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
