Material & Craft

This crystal tree is assembled entirely by hand. Each of the 315 stones is individually drilled, threaded, and secured to a handtwisted copper wire frame. The stones retain their natural surface texture, with slight variations in color, translucency, and edge texture from piece to piece.

Drawing inspiration from the traditional botanical shape often known as a crystal money tree, this piece reinterprets the classic form for the modern, quiet space. The tree stands on a natural, polished agate slice. Because agate is organically formed, every base features its own unique outline, color variations, and mineral banding. A small cluster of matching tumbled stones surrounds the trunk to seamlessly anchor the copper wire to the stone base.
