Our products are designed for daily relaxation, presence, and well-being. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, severe osteoporosis, or any other health concern, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using our body care tools. If you experience any skin irritation, discontinue use immediately.

What our products can do: help you pause, breathe, and feel more present in your daily life.

What our products cannot do: replace a doctor, treat an illness, or guarantee any specific outcome.

We believe in the power of small rituals — not as medicine, but as a way of returning to yourself.

By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. General
These terms govern your use of the BOLAN website and your purchase of our products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

2. Products & Pricing
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural variations in materials — including crystal, wood, and stone — actual colors, textures, and patterns may differ slightly from images shown. These variations are not defects; they are the signature of natural materials. All prices are listed in the currency selected at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to your order.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If you are not completely satisfied, please refer to our Return Policy for details on eligibility and timeframes. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of BOLAN and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOLAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
